Kouvo & Partanen Architects was established in 1982 and their focus is on building design, refurbishment, development planning, land use planning and interior design. Lately the office has concentrated especially on educational and cultural buildings. The office’s expertise lies in art education spaces and planning multipurpose halls and day care centres. The office has been successful in several Finnish and international competitions.
